Located in a quiet and comfortable detached house in Chatswood, this property offers excellent convenience for daily life and transportation. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the shopping district and about a 15-minute walk to the train station; there’s also a direct bus route nearby. Two single rooms are currently available for rent—open to both men and women—with two shared bathrooms to be shared with two other male roommates. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The landlord occasionally lives on-site. We are looking for long-term roommates who are neat, have good living habits, maintain a regular schedule, and respect others’ privacy.
