What happens when my upgrade expires?

Your listing or profile stays live and simply returns to the Free tier — smaller preview, no search bumps. You can re-upgrade anytime and pick up where you left off.

Do upgrades auto-renew?

No. Every upgrade is a one-time payment for a fixed period — when it ends, nothing more is charged and no card details are kept on file. Upgrade again only if you still need the visibility.

Are the plans different for hosts and seekers?

Yes. "Offer a place" plans boost your property listings; "Find a place" plans boost your roommate profile. Each side pays only for the visibility it actually uses — and one account can hold both.

Can I save listings as drafts?

Absolutely, on every tier including Free. The posting wizards save as you go, and you can finish and publish whenever you're ready.
