A second bedroom is available for rent in an older-style two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Chatswood. It’s about a 10- to 15-minute walk to the train station, making it extremely convenient for commuting, shopping, and dining. The room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, so you can move in with just your luggage; the bathroom is shared with the other bedroom. The apartment’s common areas are spacious, the kitchen is equipped for cooking, and the living environment is simple and uncrowded. We have a well-behaved, quiet 7-year-old dog living with us. We’re looking for a single tenant who doesn’t mind pets, is clean, quiet, has good habits, and maintains a regular schedule. Couples are not accepted. Rent includes water and internet; electricity is billed separately. The price is negotiable depending on the move-in date and length of stay.
