28 Harbour St. – Private sublet, 650 per week, including water and internet Right downstairs is Darling Square, where you can enjoy Haidilao to your heart’s content, and right next door is Darling Harbor with its beautiful scenery and fresh air! The place is very clean—the toilet, bathtub, and bathroom are all spotless. It’s ventilated 24/7, so the air quality is excellent, and basic furniture (refrigerator, bed, clothes rack, etc.) is included! It’s a 7-minute walk to UTS in Haymarket, and just a 5- or 6-minute walk to the City for shopping. Turn left as soon as you step out the door and you’re in Chinatown—it has everything (Xīchá, Jasmine Milk Tea, and more). I’m subletting because I’m returning to China soon, but the room is in excellent condition. The lease runs until January 16, 2027, after which you’re free to choose whether to renew. It’s a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit shared with the landlord, with a layout that ensures privacy. The landlord is from Guangzhou and is incredibly kind—feel free to ask for help with any issues (they’re really, really nice). The room gets plenty of natural light, with east-facing windows and a balcony (so sunny!). The apartment complex has a gym and a swimming pool, and the lobby has 24-hour security. The landlord is incredibly thoughtful—if they see a small package waiting for you downstairs, they’ll quietly leave it at your door, and they’ll often check your mailbox to pick up any letters for you.
