Rooms come fully furnished with a bed, desk, and large closet, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances—just move in with your luggage. The location is extremely convenient: an 8-minute walk to Eastwood Train Station, and a 3-minute walk to a Chinese grocery store, Woolworths, and a variety of restaurants and pharmacies. Transportation is convenient: a 20-minute bus ride takes you directly to Macquarie University, while the train ride to the City takes about 35 minutes and to the University of Sydney about 40 minutes. We are sincerely looking for clean, easy-going roommates with no bad habits to help create a pleasant living environment.
